I will work with you to create a plan that suits your needs such as a three-part series on how to follow a heart healthy diet, or perhaps a 6-week program on Intuitive Eating. Cooking demos can be 30 to 60 minutes long and can be done on their own or in conjunction with a presentation or class series. These can be done virtually or in-person if the accommodations allow.
