Meet Shelby Miller
MS, RD, LD
Hi, I’m Shelby, a food-loving Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I believe food should fuel us and be a simple joy in our lives, not cause fear or confusion. There’s a lot of nutrition advice out there, and it can be difficult to navigate. I am on a mission to help others feel comfortable choosing foods that they love while also fueling their body and honoring their health!
I believe health is not synonymous with weight. Our health is much more complex than a number on a scale! Instead of focusing specifically on weight loss and restriction, I focus on what we can add to our routine to help us achieve the balance we need to improve our specific health conditions without feeling deprived.
